What FiberTrade Does

FiberTrade is the marketplace for synthetic staple fiber and filament yarn: PET, PP and PA, across virgin, semi-virgin and regenerated grades, with every counterparty verified and every listing carrying full specification data: linear density (dtex), cut length, profile, crimp, matting, color and origin.

Unlike broker networks and generic listing portals, FiberTrade brings spec-based sourcing and institutional-grade trust to a market that still runs on phone calls and relationships. GRS certification and recycled-content claims travel with the listing, not in a separate data sheet.

This is not a financial exchange. FiberTrade facilitates physical B2B trading between industrial counterparties: producers, traders, spinners, nonwoven manufacturers and technical/automotive buyers. All counterparties are KYC verified before their first trade, and settlement is handled securely with full documentation on every transaction.

The Problem We Solve

The synthetic fiber industry spans polymer producers, fiber spinners, traders, converters and thousands of downstream spinning, nonwoven and technical manufacturers, yet most of that trade is negotiated by phone, priced opaquely, and specified inconsistently. A listing described only as "polyester fiber" tells a buyer almost nothing about whether it fits their spinning line.

Recycled-content claims are hard to verify at scale. Buyers of regenerated PET and PP fiber increasingly need proof, not assurances, that recycled content is real and GRS certified, particularly as brand-owner sustainability commitments push demand for traceable circular fiber.

FiberTrade solves this by building spec-matched sourcing and verification infrastructure purpose-built for the fiber trade, filtering by dtex, cut length, profile and origin, with certification attached to every listing. See how it works from listing to settlement.

Traceability across the value chain

FiberTrade is built by the team behind a small group of vertical commodity marketplaces, and recycled-content traceability can carry through a digital product passport from waste bale to resin pellet to fiber thread, so a claim made at the start of the chain stays verifiable at the end of it.
